Returns (for store credit) & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a return for store credit. 


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We do not issue credit card refunds.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged, for hygiene purposes.  Knickers, teddies, swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.  We also do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items.


We do accept returns (for store credit or exchange for alternate sizes) on the following unworn NON-SALE items, so long as they are returned in their original condition with their original packaging: bras, corsets, babydolls, dresses, bikini tops and swimwear coverups.


In order to initiate a return for store credit or size exchange for eligible products, you must email us ( with your order number and the details of your request, and we will issue you with a return authorization number.  You must use a signature-required method of shipping and write your return authorization number on the parcel to guarantee delivery of your return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will advise you whether a replacement item has been shipped, or whether we have applied a store credit to your account.  Store credits do not expire.


Sale items


Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another size.  Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.


Faulty items


If any item you receive is defective, please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions for return.  You must use a signature-required method of shipping to guarantee delivery of your return.  Once the faulty item is received, we will email you a confirmation and will issue you a replacement item at no cost.




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return eligible goods for store credit, the shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  To be sure that we do receive your return, you must have a valid return authorization number, and you must use a signature-required method of shipping.
